FNE International ("we," "us," or "our") is a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few limited ways:

  • Contact form submissions. When you reach out through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you include in your message.
  • Donation information. Online donations are processed through GiveLively, a third-party donation platform. FNE International does not directly collect or store your payment card information. GiveLively handles all payment processing and may collect your name, email, billing address, and payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy.
  • Blog and website analytics. We use basic analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site, including pages visited, time spent on pages, and general geographic location. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and messages
  • Process and acknowledge donations
  • Send updates about our programs and impact, if you have opted in
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
  • Comply with legal obligations applicable to nonprofit organizations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We will never share your information for marketing purposes unrelated to FNE International's mission.

Third-Party Services

Our website relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

  • GiveLively processes online donations. When you make a donation, your information is handled according to GiveLively's privacy policy.
  • Behold powers the Instagram feed displayed on our website. Behold may collect limited usage data when the feed loads. See Behold's privacy policy for details.
  • Vercel hosts our website. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages requested) as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies. These are primarily functional cookies that help the site work properly, such as remembering whether you have dismissed the construction banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on our site (such as Behold or GiveLively) may set their own cookies according to their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@fneinternational.org and we will promptly delete that information.
