Cataract Surgical Missions
Since 2012, FNE and Sights on Health have collaborated to provide free cataract surgeries in Cusco’s Sacred Valley, restoring sight and independence for hundreds of patients in remote communities.
Expanding Access to Cleft Palate Surgeries
FNE partnered with Mending Faces and the Cruz Jiminian Clinic in 2022 to provide free cleft palate surgeries and follow-up care for children in the Dominican Republic, addressing a critical need.
Niño Feliz (Special Education)
Niño Feliz is a school for special needs students in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, supported by FNE International through professional development, sensory and vegetable gardens, and ongoing resources tailored to the school’s needs.
