Together we will be working in clinics within the village of Chumbivilicas and its surrounding communities to provide healthcare to many people who are otherwise without access. FNE-International is a non-profit organization that partners with impoverished communities to improve housing, health, and education, and promote community engagement. FNE’s hand-in-hand philosophy encourages working with the local leaders to ensure we are appropriately addressing the communities pressing needs. We are so excited to be a part of this process!
Our service trip to Chumbivilicas will be dedicated to enriching the community through working in local clinics, establishing personal relationships between individuals and their community, providing education to encourage healthy lifestyles, and raising awareness of important health issues. These projects are important to further the access of health care and to instill continuing health education throughout this rural area. Simultaneously, these experiences will allow us to expand our own understanding of health as future and current medical professionals.
Your donation helps us buy the supplies and medications we need to run our clinics successfully, and also provides essentials that will last long after we depart. Every little bit helps, even five dollars will go further than you could ever imagine. We are incredibly grateful for your support and generosity, which makes these missions possible year after year! Thank you so much!
